I was so relaxed I could barely drag myself up the stairs after my second kiddie collection, but came good enough to get through swimming lessons and after all of that set a new sleep score record - I told you I sleep well, regularly hitting a sleep score of 91, but after your treatment I hit a never before reached very impressive 93!!!! Actual evidence of benefit 😊 If you can, I would love if you could give the charity a follow (ARFIDAdvocacy.ie). We’re just starting out and every little action helps 🙏 Enjoy Lisbon!!!!!

It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I felt completely at ease she’s amazing at what she does and has incredible knowledge of the body. I left feeling totally relaxed and de-stressed.
