I had an amazing experience having Reiki felt relaxed and more grounded. We had a lovely chat afterwards about what she picked up on will definitely be working on a few things and coming back again for more Reiki

Absolute magic. Fab service as always. Came in the day before a big race and my heart rate on race day was the same as I aim for on my easy runs. Infra-red sauna is a game changer!

Always find treatments with Karen relaxing really enjoy the experience.

Great experience at time to float, first time floating and staff made it very comfortable and welcoming and explained everything in detail. Also use the infrared sauna and ionic foot detox which felt amazing during and after, feeling much lighter since the experience and would definitely return. Really helping my stress levels and feels like a mental and physical reset, thank you!

Fabulous facial. Luscious products and unique hand strokes across the face. Plus a great mini head massage. Most relaxing.

No matter if it was a massage, a facial or sauna I had an amazing experience. The door closed, you are greeted with a soft, calm voice and you just unwind, calm down and are ready for an amazing experience. P.S. I felt asleep during my facial. That says it all :)
