Had a really lovely experience at the Growth and wellness spa, I had the most amazing facial, the ambiance in the room was so relaxing I didn't want my facial to end, the girls are so warm and welcoming! Even when my treatment had finished I was offered herbal tea, thank you so much for a much needed bit of me time!

I’ve had several treatments here and it’s a great experience. My first treatment was a microneedle and facial. Laura was great, made me feel at ease right away in a location with a gorgeous view. Her technique was really good and was not painful in the slightest. After the redness had gone down, my skin felt really smooth with a good glow. The facial was also really nice and felt very relaxing. I almost fell asleep. Laura left me to relax for a few minutes afterwards which was bliss as I’ve got a very busy life. I’ve been going to Laura consistently for around 6 months now for facials and microneedling. My main goal was to improve my skin texture, tone, and overall glow, and I can honestly see a real difference in my skin (so have my friends!). Laura created a tailored plan for me and explained everything clearly throughout, which made me feel really comfortable from the start. I've been going to Shim for years for a number of treatments, she is always so professional and friendly. I have a massage every month which are absolutely amazing I feel so relaxed and pampered afterwards, so much so that my husband is now having back massages too, I would recommend her to anyone.

Laura was amazing! Probably the cosiest place I’ve ever been for a facial and a chemical peel. Made me feel really comfortable and didn’t feel rushed at all… some salons can make you feel rushed at times but Laura took her time really recommend!
