Vayna was wonderful. She made me feel incredibly relaxed and was attentive to my needs and adjusted her approach to focus on areas of particular stress or discomfort. Would highly recommend the spa for those looking to relax and unwind.

The treatment was fabulous. The massage bench was a bit too warm for me and didn't cool down sufficiently when Vanya turned it down. So I got slightly overheated. Overall a very enjoyable experience. I will be back for more. X

My wife and I attended the spa for separate treatments - back, face and scalp plus deep muscle for myself. We were both extremely happy with the treatment and the therapist, Shona, was excellent. 10/10 service and the facilities (including sauna) were superb. Would recommend.

Myself and my partner had a couple of treatments with Joy. By far the best massages we have ever had. The whole experience was first class. Joy put us both at ease with her friendly nature. We were both impressed how she was able to not only give us a relaxing treatment but was able to identify and help heal various aches and pains we had with her healing hands. She has set the bar very high. A real asset to Rannoch Lodge spa.

Joy was so empathic and took a really caring approach to a much-needed massage. If I lived up here, I would absolutely be a regular at the Spa!

I have had lots of spa treatments, never ever had a treatment as professional as the one from Joy. As is for the Spa, swimming pool etc I have to say it’s a totally disgrace to the Hotel. The 2 girls in the Spa were so professional and were very apologetic about no steam room on and sauna luke warm. All I can say is don’t waste time in pool but definitely book treatments with the girls.

The noise level in the spa was very disturbing and distracting - which made the experience much less enjoyable. Having a swimming pool with kids and a spa with noisy doors in & out of the spa area is not conducive to a relaxing experience. The skylight is lovely and the rain on it lovely. A blind can be installed to reduce brightness. The massage could have had more pressure but was soothing. A suggestion would be to not vacuum whilst a client is in the spa treatment rooms - it’s disrespectful honestly to the client and ethos of why someone actually spends hard earned money on a relaxing.

Excellent welcome at the front desk. Dedicated time was given to explaining the treatment and the initial consult. The beauty therapist (Ruth) instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable. Have had ongoing issues with my back. Lifting a heavy bag out of the car caused a lot of pain and couldn’t stand up straight. Decided to use the pool ,steam room & sauna to see if that helped. On entering the spa Joy could see I was in pain and asked did I need help. She gave me a short massage/ manipulation session there and then and I returned next day for a much longer treatment. Joy was absolutely brilliant and explained everything thoroughly and gave me lots of advice to help me manage the issues correctly.Will definitely use the spa again next time I am here on holiday. Thank you so much

I’ve had the best massage to relax and revive me at Loch Rannoch Hotel and Spa. I mentioned that I had a niggling painful psoas (over the past 4- 5 years) and Joy knew exactly how to sort it as well as a fantastic head, and back massage with gorgeous smelling ESPA products. Out of all the treatments I’ve had at some top spas (Archerfield, One Spa) this has surpassed them all - from organising the treatments via email with Daisy to the treatment it self. The staff are lovely. Wish I lived closer for more regular treatments.
