Sheer bliss, or Cher bliss if you like a pun. I have just had a tremendously relaxing Shirodhara treatment, and after a few hectic and demanding weeks, it couldn't have been more appropriate. I found everything (from the booking process, to arriving at the beautiful treatment room, to Cher's approach, passion and unquestionable skill in what she does) simply added more to the unwinding and relaxation I was hoping for. This is my second visit to Jasper and Indigo and already planning my next one. Cher is clearly very knowledgeable and takes time to discuss what areas need worked on and what pressure is preferred. My deep tissue massage was nothing short of spectacular, the best I've had and Cher takes care to provide guidance for aftercare. Her treatment room is so comfy and clean. Cher was so welcoming. The space is clean and ambient. Massage was professional and I was really put at ease as this was my first deep tissue massage. Will definitely return❤️

Genuinely amazing, you can tell she really understands her craft and knows her stuff. The pressure was exactly right (I suffer from a lot of back and joint pain and she was able to work on this without it being too much). The space is lovely too. Absolutely recommend.
