I find myself falling asleep every time I visit it's so relaxing and I can feel myself immersing in the calm and positivity around me. I'm so glad I found Sonia and have been going for just over a year now and have never found a fault. My skin is always glowing, I leave feeling confident in my own skin which is something I struggled with so much before. I loved it. I almost fell asleep. I used every single thing. The massage chair. I’d take it home if I could. The red light. Sauna. The mats. I stretched. I needed that. Even the prayer mat and the quote jar. If I lived closer, I’d come every day after work. Can tell everything you’ve done in there is intentionally designed to be that way. Alhamdulillah it was such a calming experience.

I always come to Sonia expecting something amazing and she never ever disappoints! The whole atmosphere of the Wellness suite is so therapeutic & relaxing. Very aesthetic too!! The sauna was so good and it heated up really quickly. The massage chair was definitely my favourite! It gave deep massages and was so relaxing. You can tell from every little detail Sonia has spent a lot of time on this suite. So happy for you and everything you have achieved xxxx

I had a bespoke facial and the Japanese head spa today. Sonia and Maryam are both lovely and take their time with treatments. I felt very relaxed afterwards! The salon also looks amazing!

I had the most relaxing experience at the Japanese Head Spa. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance and setting of the room immediately put me at ease — soft lighting, calming music, and the coziest duvet to lie under. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. I loved the way she worked on my scalp — it felt so soothing and therapeutic. I didn’t want it to end! Honestly one of the most comfortable and peaceful treatments I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone needing a proper reset! 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️
