My experience today was amazing. Lisa greeted me and I instantly felt relaxed and at ease. The retreat was tranquil, a stunning, cosy place to relax while having a facial. The facial was thoroughly enjoyable, the massage helped to relieve tension/headaches, and made my skin feel so nourished. I have re booked to go back soon for the same treatment but with an extra one too. I suffer with facial tension and I’m really excited to see if this eases it for good. something that relieves tension headaches would be fantastic.!! I would highly recommend having a treatment with Lisa, she’s lovely x

So glad I've found Lisa! My whole experience was so soothing and the buccal massage was really relaxing and I'm still feeling relaxed in my jaw this morning. My skin looks refreshed and so soft from the face mask treatment. I'm looking forward to trying Lisa's other treatments next time!

Sarah is brilliant!! She gives you the time and space to talk and you never feel like she's rushing you out after the treatment. The bed is so warm and cosy, it's really hard to get off it at the end of the session!! The cup of tea just rounds it off so nicely too - a good way of starting to get enough fluids in your system. Going to see Sarah for Reflexology is always a treat!! She and her room have a very calming and relaxing air about them. Sarah always makes you feel like she has time for you and is listening to whatever you have to say. Sometimes the space to get things off your chest is just as necessary as the treatment itself. I always come away feeling so much lighter in myself as well as walking on air. Thank you, Sarah, for not just focusing on one area, but taking everything you've got going on into account. So glad I contacted her and would highly recommend Radiance to anyone!!
