I booked in for a gel polish with Achala. She was wonderful and I felt very at ease. I was very happy with my manicure and the choice of colours. I chose a sparkly pink for fun and it looks great!

Booked in for a full body massage and luxury pedicure with Achala whilst on holiday.. I had a FBM last year with a different therapist. Which is found a little off putting so I was a bit nervous. But the FBM with aromatherapy was delightful. Achala put me at ease completely and it was so relaxing - probably the best I've ever had. I had the pedicure in the same room and Achala put lots of different lotions and potions on my feet and I chose from a large colour chart a slightly sparkly burgundy and I'm very happy with how it looks. I'd definitely recommend Achala.

Massage was incredible, so relaxing, music was great, therapist checked in about pressure, room was suitably set up, calm and relaxing environment. Not 5 due to some of the spa facilities in hotel which seem outdated ie needing £1 for locker, outside jacuzzi drain cover broken, however, a lovely experience, would return; would ideally be a more seamless experience from treatment to pool facilities for a true spa experience - robes and slippers not offered.

Fantastic day! We had beautiful weather which helped a lot. Lovely massagesfor myself and my daughter...who said it was the best she'd ever had! It was a gift for her birthday so very lovely mother daughter spa day. Enjoyed the pool, lunch by the sea and spectacular views. Thankyou 😀

Beautiful hotel, excellent facial, lovely facilities. I had a very lovely birthday. The staff made my day very special, particularly my therapist Achali (first class treaatment). Finished the day sipping gorgeous wine from the hotel bar overlooking the coastline. Could not have asked for more....

My friend and I visited the spa. We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies. I had a manicure by Jess, what lovely caring lady. Unfortunately I don't know the ladies name who my friend had. I was told though, she was very kind and caring. Next time we visit sandbanks we will definitely go back to the spa. Great service.

I had a treatment facial with Francesca which was the best I have ever had & I have been regularly to Beauticians. The products were lovely, the treatment room preparation superb with the heated couch & pristine white towels. The soft music & dimmed down lighting all added to the beautiful ambience of the treatment. I will definitely have another one on my next visit to The Haven or Sandbanks Hotel

I had s wonderful day yesterday. In the indoor and outdoor poole sauna and steam room and then jumping in the waves. All staff were brilliant. Two people stood out especially. Neil Pslmer who went the extta mile for us. In the pool area and Sansah who gave me a wonderful Calm Seas Body Bslance Ritual. I felt so good afterwards I gave her s hug. My husband John snd i used to be life members and it was lovely to be bsck yesterday. It was a shame that we were unable to use our membetship for 18 months from March 20 to Sept 21 because of Covid.

Very pleased with the Full Body Massage from Ana, I left the spa feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Would recommend and will be back in the future when we are down in the area again.

The treatments were absolutely fab thank you ! ...sadly the spa indoor pool was cold ..and not as nice as the outdoor one ...and then finally the hotel restaurant service was so slow ..such a shame

Both treatments I had with Helen were wonderful and helped me relax so much ! The spa has a lovely atmosphere. The music was good and the heated bed super . I would book here again.

Helen was welcoming as soon as I set foot into the spa. She explained the form and went through any concerns I had with my conditions. Helen was professional the whole time, the treatment was amazing and I felt like a new women after. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again and highly recommend her and the treatments.

My Spa experience where I had a luxury pedicure was excellent and Helen was very good and friendly. However I would mention that the Haven Hotel reception were not very welcoming and spoiled an otherwise relaxing visit. I was not made aware of a door code needed to enter the Spa and had to wander around until I found someone in the dining room who gave me the entrance code.

Excellent experience, Helen was very welcoming at reception and my spa therapist Francine carried out my aromatherapy massage with perfection, would highly recommend and return for future treatments

The Haven is tired but the Spa has had a Face Lift and is a very relaxing space

I have been to many massage therapist before,and I would say this is the best massage experience I have ever had! Francesca was absolutely brilliant! Feels so relaxed and I believe she fixed my back! The spa experience at the Leisure center is amazing,the staff are all friendly and helpful from the reception to the leisure center staff! The view of the sea made my visit more realxing! I ended my visit having a very tasty lunch at the restaurant! 10/10!
