I've been seeing Fiona for a number of years. Initially we were trying to help me meet a specific exercise goal by improving my mobility, but since then she's continued to help me address regular niggles as well as rehabilitating some longer-term injuries. I always feel better and move more freely after I've visited her for a massage. It's always a pleasure to see her and my husband has now also started having appointments to help with his back pain.

Absolutely fantastic. I came in with two pinched nerves and disgustingly tight shoulders and after my massage the pain is gone! I now know the difference between a massage you might get at a spa and a REAL massage. This lady truly knows what she’s doing and I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you!

I have had Botox plenty of times before but never with the level of detail in the consultation that I got with Andrew, I also thought his needling was remarkable, almost painless and clearly very experienced. Great results and a lovely welcoming facility. I’ll be back!

I’ve been to Ashleigh for a while and she’s absolutely brilliant- today I went and got massaged by Shannon! and she’s just equally amazing! I do suffer with back issues and I came away feeling a lot of tension gone! beautiful set up 💆‍♀️🧖‍♀️ - as soon as you step into the cabin it’s just a whole experience well done for what you do ladies 🥰

A perfectly professional positive experience. Andy made me feel at ease and want through the procedure throughly so I knew what was going to happen being my first time. Always professional and gives good advice! Helps you to identify your goals and sends exercise/therapy plan online with video links on how to complete the exercise. (Good for me who has a memory like a sieve!) would definitely recommend.

Great, friendly wellcome. Obviously have the knowledge to provide the services they offer to the point of explaining the right service even if it wasn’t the most expensive they offer.

Fiona is fantastic, she has helped me come back from injury much stronger and with techniques on managing things going forward. She has helped structure my training to help with my long term running goals and has added progressions in as my strength has improved.

Last minute booking which was really convenient. Fiona was so friendly and knowledgeable and listened to what I needed, working with/around my injury. Could have stayed for another hour easily! Will be back again
