I had a 1.5hr full body swedish massage today with Issy. This was after a 30min consultation which was v thorough and made me feel Issy was really wanting to understand me and what my needs were. The massage was amazing. I have fairly regular massages and so now know when I am having a good, or not so good one, and this was GOOD! Very relaxing, and left feeling great. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend Issy.

I had my first lymphatic drainage massage with Laura at Essentially Blended and it was a great experience. Laura was really informative, explaining the process and putting me at ease. The massage was relaxing and effective, and I began noticing the benefits over the next 48 hours. I highly recommend Laura for her expertise, professionalism, and welcoming approach. This time Helen had to take off the 14 layers I had plastered over the top of my gels with a sandblaster.. and clean all the fluff out from In between my toes ! 😂 full credit to her - I said God please leave them but no she wanted to do an amazing job - as she always does ! Always last minute, Helen will always find me a “lucky” space ! I actually love Helen so so much and my nails are beautiful too!! Sorry for the very ticklish feet and constant twitching ! I couldn’t be without you ! Love you loads xxxxxx

Gorgeous treatment today on my birthday with the lovely Colette! I initially booked something different but changed my mind which Colette was accommodating about and went for the buccal massage. So happy I did! Colette is very attentive and talked me through every step (as an autistic person I always appreciate this) I was looking for a good facial for a long time so I’m so happy I found this place! Will be back soon to try the algae peel 🤩

I have had 6 pregnancy massages over the last 6 months taking me right up to the final few weeks of pregnancy and wow I don’t think I would have survived this with an 18 month old without my monthly massages, the beginning of each massage starts with a thorough in depth conversation about any aches or pains experienced anything that has changed since the last massage and anything in particular that needs focusing on. I feel this is so important as a lot changes month to month. I couldn’t recommend essentially blended enough and cannot wait to resume post baby in the most relaxing space

Better than the large luxury spas! So professional and thorough from the moment you book until the sad end of the treatment. The whole experience is full of thoughtful details. Laura has a way of making you feel like the day is all about you. Luxury meets personal. As for the massage, what can I say? Appropriate pressure throughout, she works on niggles if you have them, and stresses just melt away. I was lucky enough to have a full body massage but I know this level of professionalism and attention to detail would be experienced no matter the treatment. Hands down the best massage I’ve had.
