My first visit to the spa and experience of an infrared sauna. I really enjoyed the solo infra red pod. The spa is very clean and professional- staff are really friendly and helpful. I will definitely be signing up for more sessions.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The place is spotlessly clean, beautifully set up, and very relaxing from the moment you walk in. Ana did my treatment and she was absolutely amazing—so gentle, attentive, and really made sure I felt comfortable throughout. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend this headspa if you’re looking for a calming and professional experience in Fulham!

Genuinely the best massage I’ve ever had!! The space is a delight, the products are luxurious and feel amazing on your skin. Charlotte gives the warmest welcome, she knows the products you need before you do. Alex gives the most serene and soul nourishing treatments, I went in exhausted and burnt out, I left feeling restored and rested. I will be back soon!!! In the meantime, if you can go, you definitely should go!!

I had the most incredible Japanese head spa experience with Dovile, and I’m still floating from how relaxing it was. Having my hair touched is my absolute favourite thing in the world, but this was on another level. From the moment I arrived, Dovile made me feel so looked after, it genuinely felt like she cared about every detail of my treatment. I feel like I may have to book this monthly now. I gifted my best friend the Happy Equilibrium experience with Catarina as part of her bridal shower — a little treat to help ease the pre-wedding jitters — and it was absolutely amazing. From the moment you step into the shop, you feel like you’re entering a truly special space. While my friend was with Catarina, I was warmly welcomed and hosted by Charlotte, who was just lovely and made the experience even more enjoyable. An absolute divine experience to be treated by Rose in this pristine space in Marylebone, I highly recommend her. Also shared to me by a great friend, I finally experienced lymphatic drainage by the skilful care of this delightful woman. I can’t wait to try many other beautiful services here.

I enjoyed my experience in a unique space at Liberty. It felt a little rustic but that was charming and felt like a barn.. quite cool in the city. I also loved the chiming liberty clock you can hear.. I loved the products. Only a couple of suggestions/constructive feedback - perhaps a lighter sheet option to cover up option as it was quite warm.. and sweaty. Can the room be scented? Also it would have been great to have an option for sounds/playlist - such as music with birdsong instead of just birdsong? I had a great session and Katies was very welcoming and professional. Thank you so much!

I recently visited Taya at MediSpa for a photorejuvenation and was incredibly impressed with her professional qualities and careful approach to any customer concern. All the steps during the procedure were well explained, advice on aftercare was given, and the unpleasant moments (in case some appeared) were smoothed. She also follows up on the results of procedures and advised me to contact her in case of concern. I already see the effect taking place and am very satisfied with the results.

I visited The Head Spa UK for my friend’s birthday and we had the duo treatment together, it was such a lovely experience! The treatment was nothing but pure relaxation and the setting was just perfect. My hair and scalp feel refreshed and healthier already and we have useful knowledge about our hair and scalp types now going forward. Precious and Shan made the visit extra special, they were so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They did everything with such care and perfection. I am so glad I choose the Head Spa UK and I will definitely be back!

Always an amazing experience with Korn. She checks pressure is ok (as she knows i have a bad lower back) very attentative and she definitely knows her job well. She always manages to work my knots out, without it being painful. The spa itself is always clean, smells lovely highly recommend

Spectacular treatment. Emilie has magical powers combined with deep knowledge and incredibly skilled hands, and the results are amazing. Even my 15yo son noticed that my skin ‘looked glowy’ after my facial massage. The space is full of calm energy and everything about the treatment was soothing. The Starseed products are some of best I have used, I gift them to friends all the time. I will 100% be doing this again- can’t wait! ❤️

I had the Morrocan Hamam package which included hamam, deep tissue massage, and use of the facilities - sauna, steam room and plunge pool. The care and attention of the masseuse / therapist was First Class! Nothing was rushed and I geniunely felt renewed and totally relaxed at the end. All members of staff were very welcoming and friendly; keeping me refreshed and hydrated (fruit & green tea). I highly recommend the centre (~8 months new) and services - assuming you can afford this level of luxury and the "Park Lane" experience (definitely worth it!).

I booked at the Queen’s Park room, and the space was beautiful—so clean, tranquil, and serene. Melissa was very gentle but effective with her massage. Her touch was healing. I loved her use of warm cloths and colder equipment. I did the full face massage including buccal fat and gua sha and I found it amazing. My face felt very relaxed after and it looked lifted and glowing. Melissa gave me advice on what to do in between sessions to keep it up and which products to use. Would highly recommend 10/10!

I absolutely loved the whole experience , my therapist was so friendly but professional. Her technique was super she was so well taught she is a credit to you honestly she would explain all she did it was so relaxing but also felt so good perfect pressure for the lymphatic massage felt good and comforting !! The oils used felt so nice when warmed and the scent was amazing! The room was beautiful the bed so comfortable, the space as you come in inviting and so pretty !!! Can’t wait to come back was the nicest treat followed by the tasty miracle tea !! Which I already have !!

Myself and my mum attended The Head Spa UK for the Rose Quartz Duo as a birthday treat as it was something I had my eyes on for a while. We arrived to the Knightsbridge branch for our appointment and was greeted with a warm, friendly welcome. Once shown to our treatment room we began with a scalp analysis which I found valueable and insightful, we then moved on to our head spa treatment which was therapeutic and relaxing, Bev and Shan were absolute gems who were skilled and attentive. Upon ending our treatment we were surprised with sunflowers which was a lovely touch! I highly recommend this.
