After having acupuncture to further assist with lower back pain, I feel great, no more pain or stiffness. Emma is very experienced in what she does and very knowledgeable to provide the right treatment. Emma also took extra time to show me some yoga stretches which can help the lower back, hips, knees. I am very grateful for this and will happily continue using Ems yoga and massage services.

I cannot recommend Emma enough. The environment is so calming and the all over body massage so soothing and relaxing.. I love her blends of oils and the addition of draig balm really eases the pain and stiffness of hip osteoarthritis. Thanks Emma.

Emma is a great practitioner who has vast knowledge of her craft. I have had treatments and I've attended her yoga classes. Due to being hyper mobile Emma has to give me alternative positions in the yoga sessions which work the same areas of the body. I always feel like I am ready to take on the world after seeing her.
