I felt very welcomed by Ashley at reception. Fabulous massage from Alyson who never disappoints. Especially pleasant in that she offers wellbeing advice in a comfortable environment. She is very hands-on in treating me in a caring manner, ensuring that I left the spa refreshed.

We had a wonderfully chilled spa day today. From arrival to when we left the day flowed and was well organised. The facilities were very clean and tidy. All staff were warm and welcoming. The treatments we received were fabulous and very enjoyable. Lunch was lovely. We Look forward to our next visit

Facilities were beautiful, very clean and great spec. Even the hot tub outside on a wet windy day was good! The only downside was that this is the noisiest spa I’ve ever been to! There’s a little sign at the robe hooks in the spa around respecting other users’ experiences but I think it might be an idea to mention that verbally when people check in - some guests were practically shouting at each other in constant conversation which made it an unpleasant experience for those just there to relax and get some quiet spa time.

I thoroughly enjoyed the twilight experience at SI! Spa at Gailes Hotel. Absolutely stunning facilities with very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. I will definitely re book.

Had a great day with my wife at the Gailes Spa. Only thing I would suggest is, that in the quiet room after a massage or a therapy that there are no phones switched on and maybe if possible people chatting less. But all in all a fantastic experience.

Spa side was incredible but afternoon tea was not, we had put dietery requirements and twice had to send back as items allergenic to (tomatoes) were in sandwiches and staff who served were really rude, spent £160 total and left really upset after this

I attended the spa for a neck, back and shoulder massage. The girl doing the treatment was absolutely lovely, she made me feel super relaxed and is fantastic at her job. I feel very relaxed after this and will most definitely return.

Beautiful surroundings in the spa area. Great staff who were very helpful. Loved the deep relax room. Isla was a great therapist and I really enjoyed my treatment. One small thing was the calming music cut out about 15mins before the end, not her fault but meant I could hear background noises etc from other rooms. Overall would recommend and return as I loved the facilities!

It was absolutely great! Mum struggled with her mobility. If she was fitter we would’ve used the spa facilities a bit more, however the treatments were out of this world, the girls were incredible and their professionalism and customer service was second to none. The food was delicious too! The overall experience was amazing & we’ll most definitely be back!

My absolute favourite spa venue. It’s so beautiful and relaxing. Great value for money because you can use the spa facilities for an hour before your treatment. The outdoor jacuzzi is wonderful on a sunny day. Today’s massage was amongst the best I’ve ever had.

Had such a lovely spa day for my birthday here today. Staff could not have been more friendly. This is our fourth time and it gets better each time we come.

Just a relaxing Saturday a week before our wedding. On arrival we used the thermal pool, steam room and sauna. We then we.t through to the Spa bar for a little refreshment, before we enjoyed the heavenly Rasul experience. When the pampering was done, one husband to be needed food... We ordered our food, while relaxing and looking out at the views. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and made our afternoon.
