I cannot recommend Saunapod enough! I’ve been having LPG Endermologie treatments with Louise, and the transformation in my skin has been nothing short of amazing. Louise is incredibly knowledgeable, always explaining each step and making sure I feel comfortable and confident throughout. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated, professional, and genuinely kind. Every appointment feels like a treat!

As soon as you walk into SaunaPod you feel better. The light, the lovely smells and soft music and the big smiles on Lou’s face! I came in feeling very puffy and with uneven skin tone, feeling like my jowels were taking over my face. First you get snuggled up on the bed under a cosy blanket, then lie back and have the facial. She uses this wonderful apparatus which feels so soothing and relaxing and deep at the same time, all over your face and neck. Then the lovely light mask which feels so calming. Finally the lovely smelling creams and lotions which leave you glowing! It really is the best

Very therapeutic! You feel you are at the hands of a real expert who knows exactly how to release your aches and pains. The infra-red pod is fantastic too, as it heats your muscles tissue through, preparing you for the wonderful massage that comes afterwards. Highly recommended!

Fantastic massage, feeling relaxed and much looser. Sally listened to my concerns and tailored the massage to my needs. Probably the best massage I've ever had from a clearly knowedgable therapist. The spa room was well equipped and conducive to a very relaxing treatment.

I have had the pleasure of seeing Anna twice now. Both my manicure and my pedicure were fantastic, and the massages that went with the treatments were heavenly. Anna is an accomplished beautician and therapist and just an all round lovely person. I will definitely request to see her when I next come to Sevan Spa.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing beauty services at the newly added Spa from Seven st Mawes, located within the Idle Rock Hotel, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon entering the salon, I was immediately captivated by the spa-like ambiance. The serene atmosphere, combined with soothing music created a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The treatment I received was nothing short of sublime. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that my needs were met throughout the entire process. Thank you!

The session was calming, and the 60-minute massage afterwards was incredible—one of the best I’ve had. I left feeling more relaxed than I have in months.
