I had a wonderful time. I came to this spa as part of my 21st Birthday present. It was my first spa experience and it was so excellent. Karen my masseuse was so friendly and so enthusiastic about her work. You could easily understand why she won her awards. I would recommend her and this spa to anyone.

We were a group of three and had three treatments booked. We all were welcomed and explained how the morning would proceed. The massages were fantastic and relaxing. The day passes for the use of the pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi’s and relaxation area were worth purchasing as they enhance our spa day experience and enjoyment. Very clean, tidy and hygienic.

The whole spa experience was fantastic, and Karen was great also. We will 100% be back!

The Spa area and equipment are top notch. My back and neck massage was really relaxing as well dealing with my knots in an experienced way. I also had a foot massage so I am feeling great 👌

I have had a few fabulous massages before at The Manor House spa, and wanted to treat my mum and dad who are massage newbies. Well, they are absolute converts after our experience today! We all came out completely relaxed and treated like royalty. Our massages all exceeded the 60-minute allocation which we couldn't believe! Our experience couldn't have been better - all spa were so helpful and friendly. The spa is immaculately clean. Thank you so much!

We both booked a back massage. It was so relaxing, I would definitely recommend that you treat yourself to the spa and pool area. Staff were very nice and friendly. Anan was amazing, she was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. The spa treatment she gave me was the best I have had.

Enjoyed my massage, something I haven’t had before. It was bought as a gift and I thought I wouldn’t like it but definitely felt much better for it. I just don’t like putting my face into the little space on the couch as I get anxious but was good as I got through it.

Wonderful experiences with Karen when we each had a Full Body Massage. Very friendly, understanding & empathetic left us really relaxed & refreshed afterwards. The Fresha system was unsatisfactory. Numerous emails requesting Card Details to confirm the bookings were received from the day of the bookings right up to the morning of the Treatments bordered on harassment. Several times (in the beginning) we went through the process only to have more emails sent to us. A call to the Spa assured us that the appointments were confirmed. Emails were received right up to the morning of the treatments

What can i day.. as soon as i walked everyone made me feel so welcome .. karen was my therepist i suffer from quite bad various veins and ive been to many spas and omg the difference . Karen made me feel like a new person .. i will differently be back for karen alone she is a real asset to your spa

Karen is not only the best massage therapist I have ever received a massage from, but also the most genuinely wonderful person. She is such an asset to the Manor House spa team. She worked out knots in muscles I didn’t even know I had. She listened to what I wanted from the massage and delivered 110%. Will defo be back and asking for Karen
