I had a fabulous experience with the inferred sauna. It was a perfect temperature, a dry heat, so not horrible and sweaty. Ellie was a fantastic host. I would definitely recommend and come again. Loved it. Jo

A very relaxing experience from start to finish. Very clean facilities. The half hour infrared sauna was lovely as was the oxygen therapy. Thoroughly recommend Ellie and Pure Calma.

Me and my husband just so enjoing for a sauna time it was absolute fantastic.After each sesson we feel different body..We so happy enjoing this sauna..Owner lady Ellie very friendli and helpfull..I hade some problem with my body and she is just help and sorted out i can tell after cuple of week her terapy goes very well.I was little depressd, but now i can see my body is slowly goes back normal..I just rekemend every people who is want change happier life, loose wait, or whatever just go to Ellie and talk her she is sorted out she is fantastic..

Ellie was welcoming and knowledgeable and the facilities were clean and calming. It was my first time using an infrared sauna after doing some research about their health benefits and how it can be better tolerated by people that might find traditional sauna heat overwhelming. This was perfect for warming up on a cold evening and knowing that there are benefits makes it a winner! For those that can't tolerate the heat of a normal sauna and people like me who feel the winter cold in their bones, Pure Calma's infrared sauna is a must!

Highly recommend. Thank you Ellie we loved the relaxing retreat. Today we enjoyed the infra red sauna (IRS), cold outside shower and plunge pool afterwards to cool down. There was even Angel cards in the IRS and cold water ready in the fridge. Bliss. Total bliss. Next time we hope to try the hot tub too. Thank you Ellie we will be back

Yesterday a friend & I enjoyed a Swim & Sauna at Pure Calma in Iford. It was such beautiful weather, so we were able to do some sun bathing too. It was a a private experience in a lovely setting. A very restorative couple of hrs spent. Thanks Ellie it was just what we both needed 🙏
