Andy was great, he spent the beginning of my appointment assessing the area where I was feeling pain and managed to target the area that was restricting my neck and shoulder movements. I’ve come away pain free and have some exercises/stretching to help further. Highly recommended.

I’ve had my first Ritual Relax with hot stones massage experience today and it was amazing! The session was so relaxing, exactly just what I wanted!
