I had a wonderful experience at the spa! The staff was attentive and kind, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The sauna was a great way to unwind before my therapeutic massage with Sarah, which was excellent. She was very skilled, and the massage was relaxing and effective for my back pain. The spa had everything needed for a truly calming experience, from the ambiance to the small thoughtful details. Highly recommended!

It’s great to have L’Absolu Spa as our local spa in Ahuntsic. Service is always very attentive and kind. Love a sauna after the massage here. Suggestion: please add a cold plunge or cold shower for the sauna - it’s would be the perfect combination. Even more!

Jessel was amazing, her technique and attention to detail made my massage experience the best I had at L’Absolu Spa so far, pressure applied was just perfect and at all the right places. She identified where the muscles were stiff and made sure to help relax those areas. I would highly suggest getting a massage from her to feel the different. I’m going to sleep like a baby tonight after the amazing massage experience and would love to come back and get more massages from her at L’Absolu spa!

The experience was great! The masseuses did a great job and were very welcoming. Only little comment I would make is that it would be nicer if they asked more about our preferences throughout the massage (intensity, zones, if things are going well, etc.). The ambience was also wonderful and very relaxing. I will definitely come back and recommend l’Absolu Spa!

I had the 2h Flow & Glow experience as my birthday gift and it was amazing. From the welcoming tea, the scalp and hair assessment to the whole treatment including hair, scalp and facial — everything was so deeply relaxing. I could have stayed there forever ☺️ My hair feels refreshed and has a beautiful shine even in the second day, honestly better than any hair product you find in the store. Céline is very attentive and welcoming from start to finish. Wishing all the best to this wonderful local business — I’ll definitely be back!

I had the Japanese hair treatment at Halo Head Spa, and it was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and the staff were incredibly professional and kind. The treatment left my scalp feeling refreshed and my hair softer, smoother, and so healthy-looking. You can really feel the difference right away.
