HANDS DOWN the best relaxation massage I have EVER had! A really good mix between total relaxation bliss, but also getting all of those sore spots fixed. Jane was so friendly and made me feel really comfortable. She made sure the pressure was good multiple times. I didn't know what to expect coming into this spa for the first time. And I am VERY impressed. Highly recommend!

GREAT for the massage therapist M.J., who was fantastic and met all my needs with professionalism and kindness. No so for the spa itself, as I had booked an appt. for the 24th specifically with M.J., and upon arriving was told she was not working that day. I asked why I was not notified and the fellow responded by aggressively trying to get me to have another therapist do my massage. I said No Thank You and asked to use the bathroom. Upon returning, he said that M.J. would be in today and he did re-book me with her only after I refused to use the services of another therapist.

My hydra facial with Viviane was wonderful! It is such a relaxing atmosphere and Viviane is a true expert in her field. Viviana’s head massage is certainly an added bonus to the facial and I felt like I had been away at a spa for a whole day! I highly recommend Viviane’s services, loved every minute

Great experience. Sophia is an excellent therapist. Had foot and hand massage today and honestly can compare it to Thai massages I have had in Paris, Dublin, and other major cities. West Kelowna is lucky to have her.

I have been enjoying a mix of massages and RMT treatments for years at Central Okanagan Massage Spa. Recently, my regular masseuse unfortunately left, and as someone with an injury, I prefer to see the same therapist each time for continuity. However, today I had a FANTASTIC deep tissue massage with Katherine. I left feeling rejuvenated and with significantly reduced tension as she skillfully targeted the areas that needed the most attention. I only wish I tipped more!

Kiki is an amazing professional massage therapist. She knows exactly how to massage sore and tight muscles. I’ll be back for more massage therapy in the near future. And Central Okanagan Spa is spacious, clean and quiet private rooms.

I treated myself to a reflexology today, late Christmas gift, and was very pleased with this spa company and will be back !
