Diana has created a beautiful setting in the heart of downtown Campbell River to melt into some self care. Her personality is like visiting your favorite Auntie, her knowledge and professionalism of the esthetics industry is top tier, and her face massage is out of this world. I got a mani&pedi&facial. My nails are perfectly polished and smudge free, and my face is radiant. The best esthetics experience I've had in Campbell River in the 6 years I've been here. Kristi's personal attention was professional and friendly. She knows what she is doing and does not try to push products on me as others have done. Her beautiful little spa was exactly what I was looking for in Campbell River.

New to Campbell River and fresh off a very intense retreat, I was fortunate to find Plume and Kristi. The massage offered the relaxation and rejuvenation I needed, and the experience was enriched even more by the warmth that is Kristi. She puts her heart in her work and you can feel it while under her hands and in her presence. Wonderful to connect with you Kristi, and I look forward to checking out a social sauna event!

Wow, what a great experience. Atmosphere is totally relaxing and Kristi’s personality totally put me at ease. I went in for a tan and eyebrow shaping, and I left thinking I’d love to try out other services as well. 10/10 would recommend plume spa
