The treatment was excellent and conducted professionally. However, I would suggest improving the after-treatment beverage service by offering a wider selection of teas and tisane. In the waiting area near the entrance, I was only offered only Lipton tea (bag). Additionally, I tried to book a treatment via WhatsApp, but I was informed that prepayment was required for confirmation. However, I had completed the booking via the online form without any mention of prepayment. As a result, a potential client was lost due to this inconsistency. I recomend revieving the booking procedure.

Wish you can reduce your ac coming to do hair treatment and its cold when hair is wet When welcomed in your receptionist annie always screams the employee name to let her know customer is here its abit annoying if u want to get a spa feeling bit vulgar

The Spa was Fantastic the old lady and I had a Wonderful time and we were taken care of by our reception Ms. Ibtissom and my message therapist Naysilah. Great Customer service and massage Therapist took the stress right out of my sore body.

At Cocoon Wellness Spa, I had an exceptional experience that truly rejuvenated both body and mind. From the moment I arrived, the tranquil ambiance and soothing decor set a serene tone. The staff greeted me warmly and were attentive throughout my visit. I opted for a signature massage, and the therapist's expertise was evident. The massage not only alleviated my tension but also left me feeling deeply relaxed. The use of high-quality oils and the therapist's skillful techniques contributed to a memorable session.

This was my second time at the Cocoon Wellness Spa and it was just as good as the first. Ibtissan greeted me immediately and already knew what I was coming for and guided me on where to go. I had the pleasure of getting a manicure and eyebrow threading done by the wonderful Mrs. Bandana. She was very friendly and personable and made my time enjoyable. She also was very detailed in her work and I definitely left with greater confidence and feeling beautiful. Thankyou for your services and I will be returning again soon.
