This was one of the best massages I have ever had and I’ve had many. The facial was wonderful and informative as well. The ladies are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise and always checking to make sure you are comfortable. The establishment is very clean and pleasing to the eye. If you are in need of some self care, I highly recommend Highlighted Beauty by Shan Spa. I will be back. Ladies don’t walk, RUN!!!

My experience with Serenity Spa was more than amazing. Danika is an experienced woman who knows exactly what she is doing. I had the body scrub skin treatment, then the massage and then I was wrapped in linen, cocooned for final skin conditioning. Each step of the way she expertly worked my body, skin through my muscles relieving tensions. My skin is so soft and my muscles are so relax. My mind and body are one again. It was 150 minutes spent with her and the perfect way to end my vacation in Barbados. I can see myself coming back and doing this again at the beginning and end of my vacation.

My wife and I recently had an incredible couple hot stone massages. The experience left us feeling rejuvenated and completely at ease. From the moment we stepped into the spa, the atmosphere was calming, with soft lighting and soothing music setting the perfect tone. Both Jaleese and Rhee were attentive, checking in to ensure the pressure was just right, and tailored the session to focus on areas where we were both holding tension. From arrival to departure the service at the spa was top notch. It was my birthday and I was greeted with Happy Birthday by the receptionist and a mini cake. Then it was time for the pedicure and massage. Trecia and Jaleesa were extremely professional, friendly and thorough and I felt wonderful by the time I left. We have already booked our next visit to the spa. The facilities have been refurbished and the place looks new. I want to commend Trecia on the changes to improve on what was already a great product.

This was my first time going to the Spa and I must say the service is excellent .. Jana introduce herself upon entry and also Cherise again professional 🥹 I was placed in a massage chair that was sooooo relaxing omg they made me felt at home and the process didn’t even start I also meet Adonia she’s very sweet and nice all the ladies were communicating and working together ( Great team Work ) but a big Thank You to Jana I appreciate everything 🙏🏼❤️

Allison, my nail tech professional, was very amenable. I absolutely enjoyed my manicure spa treatment, particularly the scrub. God permitting, I hope to book my next appointment in the very near future.

Jalisa did an excellent job as usual. I'd just had a massage elsewhere the week before and left needing to book with Serenity Spa at the Crane. They never disappoint. Masseuse doesn't even matter at Serenity Spa but Jalisa is excellent!

My wife & I shared the (3) services package. We each had a message & then my wife had a facial. It was the best!! It was so … relaxing & professionally done. We will be doing this on our next visit to the Crane.

I thoroughly enjoyed my back massage and exfoliation while staying at the Crane for 10 days.! The entire xperience was very nice and relaxing. The massage was professionally done and was excellent for my muscles and joints that get painful due to my rheumatoid arthritis. It was a special gift by my husband for Mother's Day, which made it even more enjoyable! Thank you very much -- well done!
