This was my second visit. Both times the receptionist has made me feel so welcome. The atmosphere at East Spaces is unmatchable. After a quick LED & Sauna I leave feeling like I have had the 'me time' I needed & I can't wait till my next visit. The idea of the 'silent space' is literal heaven 🙌 cannot express how much I love spending time at East Spaces.

I just had a cupping massage and it was exactly what I needed! The atmosphere was so calm and welcoming, the perfect space to fully relax. The massage itself was incredibly soothing, and I could genuinely feel the tension melting away as it went on. I walked out feeling lighter, looser, and just overall better. Highly recommend if you’re looking to reset both your body and mind 💖

Absolutely loved my pregnancy massage today, and most notably my warm oil scalp massage. While I’m not local, I can confidently say I’ll be frequenting my visits when I’m in town in the future. The service was lovely, clean & professional. I could have melted right into that bed. I’ll be back for the pregnancy spa package next! Thanks again Sharn, loved every moment!
