Me and my brother went for a spa day. We did the oasis and massages. The massage therapists were so friendly and did a great job. It was truly a very zen moment for us. The oasis was also amazing. The sauna felt so good and it was really good to just sweat away our toxins. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Very professional and easygoing staff. Keep up the great job!!!

We had a 1.5 hour stay at the Oasis, it was beautifully tranquil and relaxing in the sauna and spa, the cheese platter was a nice finishing touch. Definitely will come here again.

Best spa experience I had to date. Customer service was amazing. Treatment was perfect. Sauna and a massage amazing ending my 2 hours of bliss sitting in a garden with cup of tea. I didn’t want it to end. Well done🙏 and thank you. Forever grateful for this amazing Mother’s Day gift from my children 💕

Had a beautiful spa day at this one and a million Retreat. You will not be disappointed. My therapist, Rose, was lovely, the treatments and products used are simply devine and the lunch and refreshments provided was fabulous. The Retreat itself is stunning and so relaxing. Highly recommend.

We have been to other bath houses and spas but this takes the cake. Pure privacy, Exfoliation of the back, Heated blanket during the massage. We were taken away with the presentation of the oasis, the views and the massage itself. My partner comes from a family of masseuses. So, It’s hard to impress him. He was on a high leaving. Top of our last and this certainly won’t be our last visit. Thanks so much guys. You’ve all exceeded our expectations. Don’t change a thing

I had the most incredible spa treatment — truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional. The ambiance was peaceful and luxurious, with calming music, soft lighting, and a soothing aroma that instantly helped me relax. The treatment itself was exceptional. We had a great experience from the time we walked through the doors. The staff were lovely answering any questions we had and explained how to use the different spas with safety advice using the ice spa if it was out first time. The gardens in the spa area were green, , everything was clean and the grazing platter was amazing with beautiful surroundings sitting in an area. It was so relaxing and will definitely be back . Absolutely wonderful experience. Cannot recommend it enough. Fabulous welcoming space and Nicole was absolutely gorgeous and made the end to end process of the Fire and Frost Cryo facial the best I have ever had. Will be back and would definitely encourage others to give it a try.

I recently went to the Swan Valley Retreat for the Serenity Package. Firstly 30 minutes in the sauna which was in its own secluded area and then followed by a back and facial massage. This was amazing experience, and I felt completely relaxed afterwards. My skin was so soft and silky. Afterwards I had a little area to relax before leaving. An amazing experience from start to finish. I would high recommend it, and I will be back myself.

A very relaxing experience! The staff are lovely, the treatments are expertly done and the relaxing spaces are so cosy. Highly recommend booking the platter and champagne, the spot where you can sit and enjoy the nature view was wonderful!

We had the most beautiful day. I booked it as a surprise to celebrate our engagement and also having moved here a year ago and it was the perfect day. The oasis is so lush and quiet, we loved having it to ourselves and the set up was amazing. Our massages were great, we were so relaxed and then topped off in the cabin for antipasti board and sparkling wine looking over the land. Would definitely recommend and will be back.

My visit today was an absolute delight! The Oasis visit before my massage is my favourite combo yet! I’ll definitely be doing that again! Twas such a treat - all the staff are amazing here, friendly, welcoming, polite and courteous =] it felt like a mini vacation! It was so nice having such a secluded and inviting space all to myself! Then the massage was just what I needed - excellent technique and pressure, just so relaxing! I’m writing this as I enjoy my cuppa, overlooking the gorgeous and serene view out here, absolute perfection, thank you xox

Great place, that offers great services. Last time we used their Oasis area- sauna with the hot tub for 2 hours. Had our own private spot with a real Finnish sauna experience. Left us very relaxed. Also their customer service is great. They changed our booking time by a day, even if it was late notice by us.

I had a fantastic experience with the lip spa treatment at Nicole Beauty Studio. The treatment left my lips feeling incredibly soft and hydrated. The studio has a calming atmosphere, making the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend

The double indulgence package is out of this world! Firstly the beautiful location (so tranquil it didn't feel like we were close to the city), secondly the staff were so wonderful & welcoming and really made our day special and relaxing. The oasis was the perfect way to begin the day with cold plunge/ sauna/ spa + grazing platter followed by the facial and massage by two lovely therapists. Finally we enjoyed the sunset over the grounds and marvelled at the beautiful woodwork of the cabins. Can't wait to come back:)

Everything was perfect My own sauna and outdoor shower was so relaxing and refreshing My beautiful masseuse and Beauty therapist looked after me with platinum care I fell asleep several times absolute bliss Everything was taken care of , without having to ask. It was an absolute joy to be pampered. The resort was pristine Was finished off with a nice treat in my own private space which opened onto fabulous views 150/100 +++

An amazing little hidden spot. We did the day oasis with 1hour sauna and spa.. the time flies so quickly, I would recommend you to stay longer if you can. Great staff, super polite.

Very relaxing. We did the sauna for 2. The sauna is in a beautiful little space and has it's own outdoor shower. We loved it.

Had a lovely and relaxing day out with my daughter. It started off with an hour in the oasis where we enjoyed the sauna and heated spa which came with a cheese platter and some water. This was followed by a 2.5 hours escape package which included a 90 minute full body massage followed by an hour relaxing in our own private outdoor area basking in the serene surroundings of the retreat while sipping on a bottle of sparkling wine and savoring on a delicious grazing platter. It went way too quick and didnt want to leave. We will certainly be back and maybe extend the stay in the Oasis to 1.5hrs

What an amazing surprise! I’ve lived in the valley since 2009 and didn’t know about it until hubby booked me in for sauna, massage and facial. Courtney was incredible. I have never experienced such a beautiful facial. There are layers to the treatment - I think 8? Courtney is such an empath with her massage technique. She responds to your body’s language. I’ll definitely be back. Loved the sitting area overlooking the lake with a petit four, choice of hot drink and sparkling water. Perfect finish to an amazing afternoon! Thank you!
