The Recovery Rooms are a great addition to the offering at Empire Performance Centre. A well thought out space, with one ice bath and three saunas, leg compression pants, massage guns and a big screen TV that you can sit on the couch and chill out to. Sauna and ice bath temps can be adjusted if need be, as well as being able to book and switch back and forth between the two.
