This was my first time at Sense of Solis ! Absolutely loved relaxing in the sauna with the option of watching Netflix/ Youtube or listening to spotify while in there. I decided last minute to do an ice bath and wow what an incredible experience going from the hot to cold. I feel so refreshed. And Kate was absolutely lovely to deal with from initially walking in and enquiring to the end of my session! Will be coming back regularly xx

Needs to be hotter in sauna, 75 is not quite enough and a bit more volume on monitor thing. Another good idea is buy a hydrogen charger to do hydrogen water, they are pretty cheap but go terrific with the therapy

Need to give out two towels at the start per person, so you don’t have to go hunting down a second one - half nude and sweaty out of the sauna.

I was someone who didn’t think they liked saunas as I remembered the hot rocks one. This is a completely different experience and find my weekly visit is so relaxing and makes me feel good

Absolutely love visiting the sauna each week, it is particularly more enjoyable when you bring a buddy for company and encouragement. We decided at the last minute to do an ice bath and as usual the staff were more than accommodating. See you next week :)

The space is lovely, saunas are clean, spacious and really enjoyable with option to listen to music. Booked a regular sauna for two and there was plenty of room. Shower afterwards was beautiful - wish we added an ice bath as that looked great too!

The building is calm and lovely. Some more explanation about how to work the sauna would be excellent before the session or a recommendation on a program. Staff were friendly and inviting and the lemon and ginger tea was great to warm up.

Fantastic space. I only used the sauna which was amazing and I highly recommend. I will be endeavouring to use some of the other spaces next visit. Relaxing, clean, quiet and professional. Do yourself a favour and book a little treat.
