The only day spa I’ve been to that took their time, instead of cutting the experience short!! Friendly staff and an extremely tranquil space. Well worth the visit, I can’t wait to return!

Highly recommend the Flow motion facial experience. I say experience as I have had many facials in my time, but nothing comes close to the level of relaxation, rejuvenation and stunning skin that this facial provides. This is my second one and I am hooked. When the world feels heavy and crappy and work and life are piling up, its so wonderful to step into Katie's oasis for a little while, her calm, kind, whitty, generous heart provides a place of warmth where you can escape for a little while, this is not a secret club, all your lady pals deserve to feel like a Queen-tell everyone.

Heaven. Such a cute and cosy spa. Located in one of the workers' cottages on Cox's Garden this little oasis delivers on indulgence. Music, linen, lighting, products, but best of all .... the therapist. One of the best massage and facial treatments in memory. Book ahead though because spots can be hard to come by - for good reason.

I never left a place where I had to write a review immediately, but Vivi deserves 10 stars if I could give to her. My back and neck have been very hard and stiff. Vivi knew exactly what she had to do. It’s one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Leaving feeling like new human, relaxed and recharged. Do yourself a favour and support her business that she truly care and provide the best service possible. She used high quality products and the space is a very clean and a calm atmosphere. Thank you Vivi! I can’t wait to be back.

Highly recommend. Calm, beautifully clean space that makes you relax as soon as you walk through the doors. Separate rooms. I got the 1hr relaxation massage with Vivi, and she did an amazing job throughout my whole body.

Katie gave me a Brazilian wax that was so painless, I barely felt a thing! It was an absolute breeze. She was incredibly gentle and subtle, making it a truly enjoyable experience.

Had a really great experience first time visiting Katie is very experienced in her field and would definitely be back for another wonderful facial.

What a divine experience, Bella has the kindest soul and looked after me like a Queen, treating me to the most Relaxing and Luxurious spa experience with foot soak, massage and facial. I left the hidden oasis feeling like I’d been at a Mountain cabin retreat, glowing and 100% better than I had felt when I arrived for my appointment.

Lavanya Spa Retreat is a little oasis, and Bella is a magician. Every treatment is relaxing and attentive. I adore this place and you will too! Thank you wonderful team.
