Customer service was fantastic, the staff member at reception was welcoming & very sweet, the massage therapists were great and the space was a lot more private & quiet than the place I usually go to - & better value! Will be coming back.

I had not been in a few months and knew I was in bad shape. Bim was careful to not overdo the intensity but was able to get into the layers adequately. I am feeling more freedom in the areas that she targeted and I will be back in two weeks for a follow up. Highly recommend this therapist.

I’ve been seeing Cryotherapy Albury for my back pain and I am noticing a significant reduction in the pain after each visit.

Pinched nerve or pulled something in shoulder at gym on Tuesday, that night could not lift my arm past chest. Someone suggested Andrea at Cryotherapy, I did not think it would work. Had a session Wednesday arvo, that night although still tender I could lift arm fully. Went back today for second appointment and I’m trilled with the result. Amazed and grateful.

Amazing experience at Lousky today. I booked in for the first time to have the Indian Head Massage. My therapist was Tianna. The whole experience was amazing. Peaceful and welcoming when I arrived, tranquil rooms that are deceptively spacious and Tianna has magic hands when it comes to massage. I left feeling so relaxed and with the tension in my neck and shoulders gone. I'll definitely be back!
