Best Spas in Al Karama, Dubai

As expected the Quality of Rayya Wellness service is awesome… the spa facility is well maintained with high standard hygiene practices… Gulzina -Senior Spa Receptionist- was very helpful throughout my treatment and very polite… She explained me the details including the benefits of the treatment which I was undergoing…. The spa masseuse “Dewi” is an excellent professional therapist… She really exceeded my expectations…A special thanks to her for the wonderful service… . I will definitely come back for more treatment in the Rayya wellness spa because of their service standard and Quality.

The Morrocan bath was the highlight of this visit. Its authentic, serviced by a highly skilled specialist indigenous of that country. The Swedish massage was pleasant though the time was cut short by my late arrival. My fault no theirs! On reflection next time round I would to the bath, with the massage last as it sets the experience nicely. This is a very pleasant. Clean and highly professional spa. Expensive by Deria standards but well worth it.

Excellent! It’s been a long time since I was last able to say that about a local Spa. From the courtesy and politeness of the admin staff all the way to the actual setup and skill set of the masseurs. Finally, a family friendly set up bless were your body is treated like the temple it is meant to be.

Masseuse was very good but definitely not well .... would be better if they got a sick leave if they were unwell

The specialist who came to administer my Ultraviv, Ethel was friendly, professional and made sure I’m comfortable with the whole process. She’s great at what she does. The receptionist at Cryo is just the same. Happy to have chosen Cryo for my self-care speciality routines and this is why I’m a regular client.

Extra ordinary service. Brilliant performance. Every staff are very friendly and gentle. They All are real ambassador of that company. Thank you to All.

The spa is missing jacuzzi, the therapist hands where very cold, other than that perfect. Wish we can avail out discount on the weekend as we work on weekdays and its not fair :)
