I had my first strength session with Andy today. He expertly targeted the areas I need to focus on to strengthen my knee joints. The session was tough - that's what I need! His approach is authoritative, knowledgeable, and friendly. He thoroughly explained the correct practice for each exercise, giving me a variety of exercises I can do at home and in the gym. I got a one hour session for my partner for Father’s Day and Andy has got me in the good books! He worked his magic and I don’t think I’ve ever seen my partner so relaxed. He said his back hasn’t felt this good in years and he will definitely be visiting Andy on the run up and post Boxing match to help with his recovery 👍
