Rita was really kind and saw me earlier as i was 20 minutes early to the appt. Came for a holiday to Lisbon and wanted to have a haircut. I have curly hair which needs to be cut different to straight hair. Rita cut my hair in layers and I loved the way she maintained the curls. She is very good and passionate about her job. Highly recommend her.

Jessica did a great job. Jessica said she couldn’t speak much English and I as I am only on holiday I don’t speak Portuguese however her English was perfect and clear and she did exactly what I asked for. If I’m ever in Lisbon again would return. Obrigada :)

I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

I'm in shock - a positive one! The HERO facial with a peel is worth the price, and more! Rosa was very attentive and friendly and I felt she attentively evaluated my needs and chose products specifically for my skin needs. Enlarged pores, uneven texture, congestion: ALL GONE. My skin has never looked better - I didn't think it could look so balanced - and I can't wait for another appointment to keep up the results and see what other treatments Rosa can recommend. Emilia is truly amazing and incredibly skilled.✨ From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. She created such a warm, safe, and welcoming space where I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire experience. She really took the time to listen to my needs and goals, and tailored the facial treatment specifically for me, including the most wonderful lymphatic massage. I left with the most beautiful glow that lasted for days, but even more importantly, I felt deeply rested, relaxed, and at peace. I had an overall fantastic experience with Emilia on her Sol:Renew treatment. She tailored the session to my skin type and made me feel extremely welcomed and comfortable as it was my first time with the microneedling gun. She was constantly checking in to see if the pain from the gun was too much and adjusted her technique based on my feedback. Will be coming back!

I went for the Gua Sha Sculpting treatment and it was honestly pure bliss. My skin feels so refreshed and has been glowing for days. Lauren really knows what she’s doing. She understands the lymphatic system & her massage not only sculpted my skin but also left me super relaxed. She worked her magic through so many lovely steps, I can’t recommend booking with her enough ☺️

Raquel is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been going to her for a while, and she’s helped so much with improving the circulation in my legs through her lymphatic massage. I’ve also tried the full body treatment. It’s amazing. She really listens and adjusts the pressure to what you like; I prefer stronger pressure, and she’s incredibly skilled and strong. The facial massage is also such a such a treat. Highly recommend!
