Had a superb back and neck massage with Apisara. She is lovely and welcoming, the room was relaxing, warm and comfortable, and the massage was amazing! Apisara was more than willing to work within my current pain threshold (which is pretty low, considering it's been many many months since I last had a massage and I also have TMJ-disorder), and afterwards my muscles felt both relaxed and relieved. Following the massage, I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. Cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been seeing Helen for nearly two years now mostly for reflexology. But have had a few facials which have been amazing , she is the best , I feel so relaxed when I leave after my treatments , I prefer investing my money now into relaxing g treatments with Helen than a night in the town !
