A tranquil haven in the heart of old town. Upon entering, you are welcomed and your senses are immediately calmed. Soft, ambient lighting and calming decor create a peaceful setting while a subtle aroma fills the air. The massage left me totally relaxed and provided much needed relief from all my tightness and tension. A complete head to toe experience that I have been searching for!

I am desperately needing a massage and found Ganesha Thai Massage online with highly rated recommendations. After getting a 90-minute massage, I now understand why this place is a gem. It’s a new business open in the beginning of 2025, situated in the north part of old town Alexandria with plenty of parking. The massage salon projects a sense of peace and tranquility, and is meticulously maintained. Weena, the owner and a therapist, makes you feel comfortable and at ease the moment you arrive. At the end the session, I feel like a new person. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our anniversary at Ganesha Thai Massage Spa today with my Husband. It was our first at the spa and we were greeted with hospitality and soothing tea. We did a 90 min couples massage that included a soak for our feet, full body thai massage, hot stones and great stretches. Nion and Keo, our masseuses, were friendly and professional. Afterwards we chatted with the owners and were served more delicious tea. The space was clean, beautifully decorated and inviting. I highly recommend this place. They value customer experience and service.

This is my second time here and I got a full body deep massage for 90 with Weena! The service is amazing and she guided me through the whole session. I train for triathlons and do weightlifting too so my body gets beat up but I’m so happy I found my place to invest in myself with wonderful people. They offer military discounts and I’m pretty sure the tables can heat up too :O I absolutely recommend this to anyone that needs recovery or to destress from the work week. The stretching is amazing too!

I’ve always enjoyed my Thai massages at Ganesha Thai. It’s not only beautifully decorated with authentic Thai pieces but Weena & Keo pay special attention to your pain area & do their best to treat it. I’ve been walking around pain-free since my last set of treatments and that is a GREAT pkace to be! Perfect combination of elegance and quality. From the moment you step in, you are greeted with smiling faces and a warm atmosphere. Weena is unbelievably talented and so in tune with her art. She delivered the perfect amount of pressure and did wonders for my overly tense shoulders. She also included so many elements that are generally separate massages but all in one was an unexpected and very welcomed session of pampering. Hot stones, warm towels, warm oil, wraps, heated table, heated bean bags placed all over. I can't believe everything I got in 90 minutes for such a great price. Loved it!
