I absolutely loved the scalp and neck massage while being shampooed and I felt they were very thorough! I felt very welcomed and everyone was very kind. My hair stylist was very precise and knew exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I left looking great! So incredibly thankful to have a hair salon like this in Chinatown. I’m sure I’ll be back soon. :)

Jesse’s Lomi Lomi massage was amazing. Very relaxing, he takes good care. Sebastian was very detailed in his waxing making sure he got any leftovers and was also very friendly and engaging. Always a good experience going to Alexspot NYC!

11/10 experience! This salon was clean and the staff was nice and efficient. I’ve been to many salons and this was the most thorough hair wash and scalp massage I’ve ever had. And Curly was just amazing! I had the best experience with him. He listened and took his time to get my cut as precise and perfect as possible. He also gave me styling tips and got my pin straight hair to look voluminous like I wanted. Glad I found my new go to spot, and for my cut to be under $100 with tip is unheard of in New York.

Scalp massage felt great, hair cut was good a little shorter than I wanted but a really good cut nonetheless, even though I was kind of sad about the length I liked the cut and way it looked It was a nice facility. I would recommend. The price was very reasonable as well.

The staff at Alex24 are magical creatures! They soothe your soul and rip out your hair with love. Walked in looking like a Yeti who'd had a rough week. Walked out feeling sleek, well groomed and ready for a red carpet. The massage? Absolutely bliss. I may or may not have drooled! The waxing? Let's say it was equal parts pain and enlightenment. I saw the light then my lair saw the door! I live in New Hope, Pa., a town filled with spas...I prefer to travel to the city for the best waxing and massage I ever experienced! See you guys next month!

Jay was amazing. This is an intimate experience for sure so feeling comfortable and relaxed isn’t easy if someone as great at Jay isn’t the person doing the job. Not only did we just get right into the services (i.e. intimate shave, scrub/massage), it was done expertly with attention to every detail and my comfort. In fact, I was so relaxed and comfortable that I was the one who lost track of time! Jay is simply amazing and makes you feel like the only person in the world during the experience. Although I don’t like in NYC, I’ll be back! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND A MILLION TIMES OVER

My massage/ acupuncturist went well as always. The receptionist, was somewhat unprofessional and should have retraining. On how to speak and handle clients, much better than today.

My head is STILL in the clouds after my Cloud Nine treatment with Viktoria. This was the number one, most excellent spa experience ever. Everything smelled incredible and felt luxurious. The scalp steaming and buccal massage were heavenly. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. I can’t wait to go back again.

Angela was very professional & attentive to your needs. I told her I had thyroid, and was a kidney cancer survivor & suffered with lower back pain & bloatedness. She did a lymphatic drain massage as well as the hot stone massage that I came in for. I left feeling unbloated, backache gone & 100% better than when I came in. I've never had a bad experience at Toto. I have been going to Curly for years, even after moving out of NYC. (I tried getting my hair cut elsewhere when I was in another state and was so disappointed.) I love everything from the hair washing (and head massage) to the cut. Great service and an altogether great experience.

The service was excellent! I immediately got a nice shampoo/massage session as soon as I walked in. Then, Curly, the stylist took over. Curly is the best! He always took his time to cut my unruly hair and made me look glamorous and several years younger .i appreciate his remarkable talent and detailed oriented attitude. He is a true artist!
