Sarah is a wonderfully warm and caring human being and a skilled massage therapist! I’ve been seeing her for 2 years and she does a great job working with the feedback I bring in while using her judgement to give each area what it needs. Would absolutely recommend working with her for regular bodywork, injury recovery, and an overall healing and relaxing experience.

She has a technique for getting to the tight or knotted muscles and finding the problem with such ease, she has perfect pressure, not too much but just right and I’m not sore after a massage from her.
