Highly recommended! Joy knows so much about body alignment, and the impact of a compromised alignment. Went to Joy in an effort to relieve pain I had in my hip thatI suffered from for 2 months. Went to chiropractor during those months with no relief. One visit with Joy brought enough relief that I slept through the night. She pinpointed the root cause, asked me to come back for brief meeting to show me how to tackle the problem and strengthen my core. These routines she gave me has brought more relief, today i saw Joy for a follow up massage focusing on the hip and I feel no pain!

Joy is a consummate professional. She is highly skilled and is able to quickly evaluate musculoskeletal weaknesses and make corrections. She was able to immediately help me with my headaches, cervical pain, body alignment and MS symptoms. She is kind, honest and a good person. I wouldn’t go to anyone else at this point - Joy is the best in Boston and surrounds.

I had a lot of pain and discomfort from all of the snow shoveling! As usual, Joy was able to target the exact areas that were problematic and work them out leaving me feeling much looser and more relaxed. Joy always creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere and is happy to explain things if you have any questions as to what’s going on with the work she is doing. As I have Saide before Joy is nothing short of amazing at what she does!
