Great this is my third visit it reset my scalp and hair and also my mood with a good relaxing massage and experience. Jeren is the best to be honest, she is light spirited and her hand are magic.

I had a exceptional (Hyggee Spa + Face Massage) experience with (Urgal) it was very relaxing I feel so rested after the session 😍 Also the receptionist was very welcoming and professional 👍 a lot of good vibes 👏

I would recommend incorporating more massage techniques into the session for an enhanced experience. Additionally, it would be helpful to remind customers to remove any ear jewelry before their appointment, as it took me a considerable amount of time to remove mine. Overall, focusing more on massage techniques would make the session even better

Everything was perfect

Great spa. However, I wish I started exactly on my time. I arrived at 4:30 . My appointment is 5:00, I started my service at 5:20. When I asked the receptionist about my appointment at 5:10 she asked me to wait. Then another employee came and was wondering if I was late (which I was not), and why I’m waiting in the lobby.
