After a nasty car accident 18yrs ago massage is a weekly necessity in my life. With an unstable. spine from the base of my head down to my hips, my muscles work over time trying to create stability. The pain is at times unbearable/exhausting. What I look for mostly is: 1) PERSONALITY : Extremely important so you truely can disappear from your daily grind to the pure relaxation state of mind, and appreciate their skills that lead you, in to a world of healing & next level of relaxation. 2) EXPERIENCE / TECHNIQUE is everything. Mio is BRILLIANT! My favourite! EVERYONE NEEDS MASSAGE!

I was referred to Lony by my physio. I am being treated for frozen shoulder and developed some painful knots in my shoulders. Lony has helped so much with her amazing deep tissue massage to disperse the knots and relieve the pain. Subsequently I have joined Lony’s women’s health practice on a journey to improve my pelvic floor and core muscles as well as general women’s health. Lony is very knowledgeable in this area and has educated me by imparting all she knows, as well as kick starting my Pelvic floor with a course on her pelvic floor strengthening chair. I highly recommend Lony!
