I've being seeing Colm for a few sessions of PT massage and cupping and it's made a huge difference to my daily life and made exercising easier. Definitely recommend anyone with any aches and pains see him or even just treat yourself for a massage.

I had the most wonderful experience today with Angela . From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed. First the foot bath and then a chat to see what I wanted from the visit, I felt so at ease and comfortable with Angela. Then on to my treatment, full body massage and reflexology . What an absolute dream it was. I felt so comfortable and relaxed. My massage was out of this world, exactly what I wanted and needed. My reflexology treatment was amazing, so relaxing. Overall an amazing experience and I left feeling relaxed and de-stessed. It was my first visit and I'm already planning my next!

Massage by Sally . Excellent .

Had an Indian head massage with Sally, it was very relaxing. I had a lot of pain in my left shoulder & neck so it helped alleviate that. Sally is very caring & knowledgeable which is helping me a lot on my healing journey. I always feel better both physically & mentally after a visit with her.

I've been coming here for the past few weeks and have had the pleasure of working Sally. My experience has been nothing shy of spectacular. She's been extremely attentive to areas of injury (lower back, upper back and quads/hamstring), always asking questions and making sure it is not painful or any form of discomfort.
