First time getting a full sports massage with cormac, I have had many of different massages over the years BUT that was hands down the best ive ever had. Highly recommend 🙌🙌. I have been to cormac many of times for different issues, he is very knowledgeable and incredible and what he does. Plus a real genuine person too. 100% deserves this 5 star, im not even one to do reviews but really wanted to say this.🙌🙌🙌🙏🙏

Just had an excellent sports massage with Cormac. He has serious knowledge and was able to pinpoint old injuries I wasn’t even aware of. I left feeling noticeably better. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with tension, old sports injuries, or just in need of a proper reset.

I’ve been attending Cormac for physio for a while now, and like every appointment so far, he was excellent. He really listens, identifies what’s going on, and puts a clear treatment plan in place. I also appreciate the practical ‘homework’ he gives to support recovery between sessions. Highly recommend.

Lovely ..relaxing

Had a dual lymphatic drainage massage and reiki and it was amazing. I felt lighter and totally uplifted coming out of it and learnt a lot from Asta who is a fountain of wisdom. Highly recommend
