Truly heavenly! My first visit to Castaway Beauty, and it certainly won’t be my last. Katrina was incredibly welcoming, and the atmosphere was pure bliss; calm, soothing, and just what I needed. I struggle with migraines and tension in my back, neck, and shoulders, so the Heavenly Massage was the perfect introduction to future visits. I decided to take on an Ultra Challenge, but in training I developed pain in my lower back and leg which made me doubt I could participate. The morning before the event Aaron gave me a massage, did some dry needling, and taped up my back. He performed a miracle! I had no pain in that area, and I completed the challenge! After the event Aaron gave me an emergency late booking due to swollen legs. He again gave me a massage, did dry needling and cupping, and the relief was immense! I can’t recommend Aaron highly enough for his skills and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I went to AG-RO Fitness specifically to have soft tissue therapy for a pre-existing issue on a specific body part. Aaron put me at ease as soon as I walked in. He discussed my issue and the treatment plan and ensured I was happy before we started. During the treatment Aaron periodically asked if I was ok comfort-wise and therapeutically. Each treatment I felt some relief during the massage but most of the relief happened afterwards. I have had at least 10 treatments from Aaron and will be having many more for both for immediate relief and purely for maintenance.

Aron helped get my legs and hips ready for my half marathon. I left feeling lighter, more flexible and relaxed. I also had a trapped muscle in my neck which had been causing me pain the last week. The pain has completely disappeared and I feel ready to take on the half marathon. Thank you!
