Firstly, the decor and atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous. Tatjana was very kind and we talked through exactly what suited me best and tailored the treatment. It was clear from the start that a lot of thought and care goes into her treatments. Throughout I was sooo relaxed, the massage was fantastic and left me feeling like I hadn't been tense in the first place!! I highly recommend visiting, a little gem of a place that Thatcham sorely needed!

I had the most the most fabulous massage on Friday, it was so relaxing and exactly what I wanted. I filled in a consultation form before the appointment and added some preferences, which were listened to and the pressure was double checked at the beginning of the session to make sure I was comfortable. Small things like this are really appreciated. The studio is bright and fresh and everything about Refined Radiance Beauty is inviting. The experience was amazing! I booked a deep tissue massage as I had tension & pain in my shoulder & down my arm. Kate took time to understand the issue and tailored the massage to ensure I received maximum benefit. The massage was perfect! I left feeling relaxed & my shoulder released. Robyn was great as always! I badly dislocated my shoulder in September causing me a lot of pain & lacking a lot of range in my shoulder. First massage in January, Robyn was able to release all the muscles surrounding my shoulder and make me virtually pain free and get my movement back. Second massage she was able to give me a much deeper massage and improve my range even more. I have been going to Robyn for massages for years, will continue to do so and recommend her to anyone!!

This was my first visit to EB Beauty. Ellie gave me a warm welcome and showed me into her home salon. The massage I had was both relaxing and rejuvenating. We chatted during the massage at times though the silences weren't awkward. Ellie will adapt the pressure to suit you, the room was the right temperature, and the only thing missing in my opinion was a little background mood music. I look forward to my next appointment.
