My daughter had her ears pierced today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Laura was absolutely amazing – so professional, calm and reassuring throughout. She took her time to make my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. She wore protective gloves and followed excellent hygiene practices, which gave us complete confidence. My daughter left feeling so proud of her new earrings. Thank you, Laura, for making it such a positive and stress-free experience. I would highly recommend!

First ever sports massage and clearly sorely needed. Laura was Fab, explained what was going on and loads of advice for me moving forward. Lovely to chat to throughout.
