Excellent service as always! I didn't realise before the session today just how tight some of my muscles were (such as my IT band.) Beata carefully worked with her hands, warm bamboo and a massage gun to help loosen some of my muscles and to flush out the toxins to help aid my recovery. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone! :)

I had a luxury facial. As always Elize is welcoming and professional. She massages your scalp /feet/arms while the masks are applied. . She gives a very good massage. Pressure is just right. I was so relaxed after my treatment and slept peacefully. I would highly recommend her.

I've had a number of massages with Heidi but tonight I had my first hot stones, OMG it was amazing and to top it all my poorly feet/achilies got given some extra special attention with cold therapy. The care & personal attention you get is second to none & nothing is too much trouble, I cannot recommend Heidi enough. My issue now is do I have a deep tissue massage or hot stones next 🤷🏻‍♀️ 🤔.

Having had a few sessions now with B Therapy, and having had both leg and full body massages with her, I can highly recommend her expert services, which have been invaluable in helping to flush out the toxins and promote recovery from the constant training I've been doing! Successfully completed my second ultra-marathon on Saturday, and it's fair to say that part of the credit has to go to Beata for the sessions I've had with her! :)

Kelroy was absolutely fantastic with myself and my 12 year old daughter. He is very knowledgeable and fantastic at his job. Both of us can already feel such a relief in our backs. The massage was incredible.
