Wow...is all I can say, Rio is back in her lovely little space...I had a sports massage following a recent ski trip and Rio sorted all the knots in my legs and felt sooo much better. Can't recommend highly enough, if you're feeling sore or just fancy a massage get yourself booked in

Saw Rio today for reflexology and a massage. Amazing! The new treatment room is cozy and relaxing. I paid for it using an e voucher I had for Christmas. Highly recommend these vouchers as gifts. Mine had a little nodding reindeer on it, so sweet! Can get via the Fresha site that you book treatments on. Planning my next visit already!

This was my first time getting a sports massage and it was incredible! Rio was so lovely to talk to and she answered all of my questions about what she was doing and the kinds of aftercare I could do to help with my posture. The therapy room was beautifully decorated, clean, warm and comfortable. I can’t wait for my next session!!

Wonderful shoulder, neck, face & head massage. I love facial massage & Rio is the best. She has truly amazing hands and really goes to work on the tension nodules in my shoulders. I recommend her to all my friends. She is a gifted, intuitive massage therapist with great skills.

Nadine is great, really warm, friendly and welcoming. Indian head massage was amazing and she gave some fab recommendations after for how to manage stress.

Nadine is amazing! I left my massage appointment feeling completely de-stressed and about six inches taller.

The Anti Aging Facial (with Ultrasound) is a great reset for your skin. The numerous Dermalogica products are driven deeper into the skin by the ultrasound. My skin tone is visibly improved, even colouration and much smoother. The 20 min shoulder massage made it a particularly relaxing and indulgent experience.

My face felt absolutely soft and glowing after the treatment. Really enjoyed the massage and the treatment earlier today, thank you and see you in May.

I was treated to a full body hot stone massage for my recent birthday. Justyna was absolutely wonderful and the whole experience was so good that I have booked another one in a few weeks time.
