I feel thoroughly nourished. After two “interesting” weeks, I knew I was run down but I didn’t realise how close I was to the brink of exhaustion. I walked out of Applewood after a hot stone massage and Indian head massage thoroughly revitalised and ready to face whatever the coming days and weeks might bring with a re-found vigour and an air of positivity. As always I really enjoyed seeing Leah for a massage treatment. Today I had a shoulder, neck and back massage. Leah acknowledged and was understanding of my slight back issues and communicated throughout to ensure I was comfortable. Her treatment room, again, smelt and sounded beautiful and instantly induced a calm feeling. I would highly recommend going to see Leah!! 😊

I got so much from my first session at Clarity Acupuncture. I went for the ear candle and lymphatic face massage which I highly recommend. The attention to detail and excellent care that Liesel provided meant I was able to gain so much from just 45 minutes with her. I have been to see Liesel a few times to correct upper and lower back tension and I can honestly say it’s been a game changer! Liesel is such an expert and so experienced - my back is better than it’s ever been and I’ve seen loads of therapists! I have a combination of massage, acupuncture and cupping (neither of which I have had before) and I saw results after the first session. I won’t go anywhere else now!

I had recently visited Ricky for a Reiki cleanse and massage. I had never had one of these before so was a bit skeptical. However, during the massage I was kept at ease by Ricky and even during the reiki treatment I felt de-stressed and relaxed during and after the treatment. I had felt tender around my lower back and glutes, however today I feel more flexible, pain free and my neck & shoulders feel lighter.
