Lucy is amazing! I arrived with a sore knee feeling like I might never be able to run again, and left with a massive smile on my face! Don’t get me wrong - this was not necessarily a pleasurable experience - Lucy has super strong hands and got right into my sore muscles - but I felt like a new person afterwards! Lucy is incredibly thorough in identifying how best to treat areas of tightness and pain, she worked really deep into the muscles and focused on particular areas of pain. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting a deep tissue / sports massage - she is a great find!

Oh my word I highly highly HIGHLY recommended encompass. She's bloody amazing. Welcoming, easy to talk to and really puts you at ease. Years of suffering with my shoulder(s), both shoulders I found out at the end and the opposite shoulder to which I thought caused it all. I genuinely left feeling relief for the first time in years. Afraid to say she'll have regularly deal with all my issues from now on.

The most sublime 90 minutes. I felt transported to the shores of Hawaii as Amy flowed like the waves all over and around my body. It was the most incredible experience of surrender. It felt as if my body was being taken by the water, her undulating waves rocking me into relaxation. I’m still soaking in all the magic that found me that evening in Amy’s temple.
