I went to see Neil as I had a stiff and sore lower back. The combination of sports massage and Emmett technique have given me immediate relief and more mobility. Neil also gave me several useful tips on how to strengthen my back and avoid straining it again.

I have relapsing and remitting MS along with a lower back injury from 30yrs ago. I have Weekly massages for a few months now, and now seeing major improvements in my mobility, due to better mobility I can now do exercises to improve muscle tone, this is also impacting my mental health positively, as starting to enjoy riding my horse again without getting off crippled and in pain. I didn't realise how much a regular massage would improve my quality of life physically and mentally.

I have relapsed and remitting MS along with a lower back injury from 30 years ago. I have had several weekly massages with Neil. Today, I could hardly walk due to spasms and pain in the lower back after my massage today I felt like a weight taken of my shoulders, and my pain level dropped from an 8 to a 3. After todays session. Not only does he have the Yoda touch! He has given me exercises to do in between sessions to build up the correct muscles. I highly recommend Neil after 30 years of suffering with pain, and visiting numerous Osteopaths, Chiropractors, I'm now getting results! 🙏

Had such a fabulous Reiki experience with Tracey-Anne. Really feel like I got what I needed from the session. Tracey-Anne has such a lovely energy about her that put me at ease straight away. We were a bit apprehensive about having a treatment at Neils 's house, but he made us feel very safe and accommodating and put up a gazebo and the massage table in the garden. He explained the treatment and what was going to happen and my daughter said the scar massage felt nice. My mother came with us and she said she could already see the improvement in my daughter's scar after the treatment. We will definitely be booking another session. Neil was also Covid safe - using a visor and washing his hands before touching us.

Neil is very professional and knowledgeable. This was my first visit, so he carried out a thorough assessment to see what might be the root of my pain, rather than just treat the site of the pain. It was fascinating to see how the use of the Emmett technique combined with massage could bring about changes in reducing tension in the body and helping to realign your body. "Homework exercises" were given, which I am doing. Many thanks Neil.

Difficult at first to decide to attend session due to extreme pain in my right leg but 24 hrs after the massage and the first time in two weeks I began to feel the first sense of pain release. This progressed and finally cleared within the next 24 hours. Many thanks Neil.
