I would highly recommend Sussex Massage and Wellness. I had a wonderful massage using a combination of myofascial release techniques and regular massage. I am a massage therapist myself and this was one of the best massages I've ever had, I feel so much better. I've already booked my next appointment.

Fabulous! Most massage therapists don't apply enough pressure to get any where near the tension in my muscles, Laurianne really got into all the deep sources of tension. Treatment room was beautiful and really relaxing and Laurianne was very personable, welcoming & took a real interest in how I found the treatment.

Really brilliant massage! Laurianna did everything I needed and more. The hot stones were so relaxing and perfect at the start & she really targeted the areas my body needed to release the tension from my muscles. Have rebooked and would highly recommend!!

Gemma clearly has in her hands the healing power of an angel, because she performed a miracle on my lower back pain. I didn't know such a thing was possible. Hayley explained everything in great detail before the procedure and was really thorough about what it entailed. We had a discussion about what i was hoping to achieve and Hayley talked me through it all. She was very gentle, careful and let me know what was happening as she went along.
