Suzanne is fantastic! I'd never have my nails done anywhere else and never feel anything other than completely relaxed and at ease when having a massage. She has adapted to the Covid-19 measures and I feel perfectly safe resuming treatments.

Amazing hot stone massage! I visited Suzanne today for help with back, shoulder and neck pain, and I’m so pleased I did. She really listens to where you are struggling and tailors the massage to target the tension. I’ve come away feeling much looser, with a noticeable reduction in pain and stiffness. Professional, knowledgeable and very effective — I would highly recommend and will of course definitely be back

Massage could be rated as "the best" ever had. Evironment rustique and very spiritual. Just what i was looking for. Then the therapý was very professionnal, ciblé, and just perfect for the pain i exprerienced prior to the session. Will do a repeat surely.

Always an amazing experience at Serenity and Soul. Gemma somehow makes the waxing process quick, easy and as painless and enjoyable as possible. Always made to feel comfortable and relaxed, with a good chat to distract you from focusing on the wax. Highly reccomend 🫶

I always have a great time getting waxed by Gemma. Might sound a little strange as waxing isnt the most relaxing treatment but we just have a laugh throughout the whole appointment and I'm always pleased with my results. Gemma is so welcoming, professional and amazing at what she does so I cannot recommend her services enough.

I recently had my first ever wax with Gemma, and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable from the start, and was just as chatty as I am, which really helped ease any nerves I had. Had the most relaxing aromatherapy massage! Alikia is very good at helping you to choose which essential oils you need for your treatment. It was like floating on a sea of bliss!
